MasoKissed : The Super Villain RemixXx

It gets ugly for me before the descent even starts man. You made it through the whole thing on your first attempt with 35s…that’s impressive. Most people I’ve done it with need breaks before they start counting back.

Hit that bench man. Stretch those biceps out …I know it hurts but ya gotta do it lol

Thanks Rock - I certainly will do

If these don’t make my arms grow - then nothing probably will perhaps?

(Although I did do them how they were done in the push-up vid, not the partner way.)

You need to change your log name to:

Mass-O-Kissed

Ct. Rock’s Tool of Torture #2: FST-7 at the end of a session

I hate you too man. That’s why I keep suggesting you do these teerible things to yourself.

Number 3…The DTC.

Ok Vampire, I’m going to throw in the FST-7 into my new training regime. I have no idea how i’m going to do this for my lower training sesh since its only glutes and hams, but i hope my soul stays in tact.

Here is what I’m planning on doing for my glutes and hams day (remember jerky, I have no ACL, so don’t get all bitchy with me!)

Wall sits 3x1 min
Some glute circuity shit
GMs 4x10
RDL w/ toes up 4x12
Standing cable abduct 4x15
Standing cable adduct 4x15
Rev Hyper 4x15

Where do I do my 7 sets?!

Kisses!

Oh wait, i just tried lunging - i can sort of do those too…my list of exercises is growing!

Also, i just realized that I have no idea what these stupid abductor and adductor exercises are good for - probably nothing.

Nevermind, i’ll leave now.

Can you do hamstring curls?

If you can your hamstring work could be this.

Hamstring curl tripoint 3x12
Good morning 4x10
Rdl4x8
FST7 reverse hyper7x10

What about glute bridges?

Now I’m angry.

And I’m incredibly turned on.

D’oh.

It’s good to be loved.

I’ve been thinking about adding the DTC after deadlift’s tomorrow - was going to call it
‘DTC 666’ i.e. 6 sets of 6 with 60 secs rest. What do you think?

Power to you.

Wait.what?

How is it gonna look? How many sets of deadlifts and how many rounds of DTC?

I’m not understanding. What are the details of that plan?

I’m thinking this:

1.1 DL (Wave 1 or 2)

1.2 DL - 3 point complex
A1. Top Half DL
A2. BB Jump Goodmornings
A3. Sled Sprints

1.3 DTC 666 (originally biceps + FST-7)

Too much perhaps - my only quarrel is that my high pull form is yuk, so it will be pretty light.

Well, man. You can do the DTC as a warm up for the DL pattern. That’s how I incorporate it into my own training.

I think DTC is best as an opener to a work out because it gets so many things moving. So,just switch the order and you’ll be fine.

And don’t skip that bicep training.

Don’t worry bout the weight right now. Build up that endurance and form, weight will come fast after you get the hang of everything.

I don’t think you can know if it’s too much until you do it.
I did GVT and a supersetted FST-7 today and felt good.

Awesome - brilliant advice

Sounds like the perfect plan!

Thanks again.
