I have low confidence in fat counts and medium confidence in protein counts… 12oz tri tip w/ no visible fat eaten doesnt sound like 22g fats to me, but that’s what cronometer said.
Not super confident in 12oz being accurate measurement for the tri tip either.
Carbs I’m willing to believe.

I’m just not buying that this was ~1400 cals total between 3 meals and a double protein shake.

I’d give going to failure to the vault and just stay within 1 RIR. I raaaarely if ever sore and train quite frequently albeit with lower volumes and make steady progress

Alright, back from vacation. Good times, good memories, but ready to get back to it… tomorrow.
Going in for pre op bloodwork and honestly i think I’m coming down with an infection. Right jugular gland is swollen and tender, and the rest of the house is sick too.

I’ve got gyno surgery on the 9th and i won’t be able to train for some time afterwards… i think it makes sense to stop the tren until I’m able to train. I’ll stick with my 100 test 200 mast - maybe drop the mast a bit during recovery… not sure how necessary or beneficial it’d be in retaining muscle without training.
Surgeon said 6-8 weeks, I’d like to aim for 3-4 but we’ll see.

I’ve already ordered tb500 and bpc so i can get back on my feet faster

Anyways, the part y’all were waiting for… diet.
I wasnt able to track worth really anything the last couple days of vacation, but I’m confident my protein intake was good.

Scale when i left: 213.9lb
Scale when i came back: 212.9

Fuck yeah!
I’ll try to get pictures up this coming weekend.

Well, i was right about that lymph node being an illness indicator. Was sick as hell the last week - still not 100%. Training today anyways because it’s my last stimulus for the next month or so.

I’m on day 3 of no Adderall and I’m struggling, but I’m here.

I’ve been great on diet and scale has reflected the same. I’ll try to get a check in up here if i have time before surgery.

Well I’m able to get dressed on my own and go for walks, so thats something.

A lot of swelling has gone down, bruising is slowly going away. Drains came out a few days ago.

Struggling to hit calories at the moment… stomach doesn’t like the expansion.

Interview scheduled for tomorrow, need to get followup for another position that a recruiter contacted me about.
Started BPC-157 and TB500 yesterday at 250mcg, but im thinking about bumping it to 250mcg morning and night.

Everything comes in waves for me, so i have to get back on my feet ASAP. The wave is just starting.

Is this a combo product?
This is my typical doses for these
TB500 5mg/wk taken 2.5mg 2x per week
BPC 500mcg/day

Yeah, my usual peptide suppliers were out so the only one i could get was 5mg/5mg BPC and TB500 mix.

So we’re back home after driving 2500 miles of the west coast and briefly visiting family.
Come to think of it, we’ve driven from San Diego all the way up to Seattle this month… so the entire pacific coast twice.

A few noteworthy events:
Saw a Bald Eagle in the wild.
Saw the Goonies beach.
Saw that the news isn’t lying about how insane Seattle is.
The family got to give my wife’s mom a final visit before she passes.
Drove through multiple redwood forrests, and literally drove through a tree.
Taught the girls how to fish for clams, unlocked a core memory involving an 8 year old accidentally digging up a dungeoness crab.
Took stitches out of all 9 sites. Most were simple and easy… the nipple stitches were very nerve-wracking to remove (of of them was an inch and a half long buried under the skin).

Then this morning i was contacted about an interview for the perfect job, in the area we want to move to. I have to prep for the interview like a madman now.
Not sure how this works considering i just accepted a different job, though… we’ll see.

Still holds up

I’m getting back on diet and I’d like to start easing back into training this week.
Still dealing with some swelling and fibrosis from the surgery, just takes time, heat, compression, and lymphatic massages.

This was a big month. May yet prove to be even bigger. Fingers crossed.
