Apparently I lost weight when doing less and eating more. Weight loss be weird.
Notes
Super stressful week, likely to be followed by another one. Need to pick it up on the cardio, but hard to do so when averaging ~4hrs sleep and needing to wake up an hour earlier for cardio. No excuses, I need to do better.
Seeing a bit of loose skin which is great because I’m clearly leaning out, but now it’s apparent ill need to backfill with more muscle… good. FFMI >30 WILL happen.
Okay I’m back. I’ve been busy getting my affairs in order and performing various methods of cardio. Diet went off track this weekend, actually kind of needed it mentally so lets just call it a “diet break”. With everything else going on, I let training slip behind. Let’s not talk about the scale right now.
Marriage very well may be in the best place is ever been… the man I’m becoming happens to be popular with the wife.
Was working on the marriage, had some fallout (expected). I used getting a ring tattoo as a bargaining chip and it paid off well.
So I’m getting a ring tattoo and might be out of the gym for a few days… to be fair, I get the impression I’ll be getting extra cardio in as a tradeoff. Will upload pic when tattoo is done/pictureworthy.
I looked into this before. A lot of tattoo artists only do the top of the finger, as the bottom of the finger replaces skin cells so quickly that the tattoo fades in pretty short order.
So, if you do decide to go that route, shouldnt be too long out of the gym, I don’t see the tops of your hands being too impacted by a lift. (Unless I’ve been lifting wrong that is)
Tattoo is healed up enough, so I’m back. Went maintenance mode last week… it was nice; worked some stuff out with the wife, leveled up a bit, had some good food, about to kill off a credit card… life is good.
Scale went up like 8lbs but I look more lean, because that makes sense. Probably going to start using diet breaks more regularly - I need to start working my TDEE up.
