Actually, I asked Germanone to help me with this program - told him what kind of style I like to train in, what I don’t like, and he helped me concoct this bad boy. I think its going to be fun. I also like the way German trains - lots of mid-rep range stuff, which I find particularly fun.
The PLing is going to be a bit different for me when I get down to low rep range. I’m used to higher reps, being a conditioning junkie, but I’m excited to see what the training brings!
I’m not sure if this is realistic, but I’m def aiming by April:
2BW DL - 260
1.5BW Squat - 205
BW Bench - 135

ALSO know what you mean about the pretty squat. My squat used to be so ugly I had no idea wTF i was doing and it was so frustrating.
A years worth of box squatting has totally beautified my squat, it’s wonderful!
