Masch Needs a New Log

that is a nice story about the shoes. love it when that kind of thing happens. clearly they were meant to be yours.

the missing time under anasthetic thing didn’t feel any more freaky to me than the time i miss every night when i go to sleep. i distinctly do remember going under (the needle like a bloodtest) then that draggy feeling i get sometimes when i’ve stayed up way too late and i simply have to go to sleep right now.

then remember waking up feeling groggy like a bit of a bad hangover. not the funnest feeling in the world, admittedly, but i’m sure you have experienced far worse.

and then your knee will be all fixed  of course it will still need to heal… but it will be fixed.

That shoe story is funny, I’m sure being cute always helps, did he wink at you afterward?

That’s pretty cool. So what’s the split look like? How many ways are there to train your calves? lol! I also think its cool you added the conditioning. YAY!! If you get on a good diet and keep up with the “cardio” you’ll get shredded! You already are! Can’t wait to see. I’m hoping I lean out some. I gotta keep the diet tight though. grrrr
I tack on abs and/or calves at the ends of random workouts. Whenever I feel up to it. My split is just the basic, arm day, back day, chest day, shoulders, but I split my leg training into a quad day and a separate hamstring and glute day. i’m also doing trap work again. My traps blow up like crazy, but it’s already making a difference in how good my back looks. So I’ll have to get over that fear for aesthetic purposes.
For calves, I do standing calf raises often superset with single leg jump rope. So fun! Doing single leg calf raises on the machine followed by single leg skipping burns the hell out of your calves.

First off, we’re both doing quads today. This is so cute <3
Second, "aww’ at the shoe story. That kid was nice. I think it’s funny that you said “I hope someone does something nice for you today”
Adorable.
I like that i’m in a constant position at my job to make a person’s day. Give a kid a Hershey’s bar when they fall down, or keep a restaurant open after hours for a family who tried to get their for their reservation but an unavoidable event occurred.
Those moments make my job bearable.

Anyway, I need to get my behind over to DSW myself. I haven’t gone shoe shopping in forever. Hmm.

you have an inner light that brings out the best in people. plz to have pic of shoes for my daily fix?

that shoe story was great. He was obvi flirting with you and hoping for a date when he hooked you up with the discount

Glad to hear that you’re not sweating your surgery too much. I’ve had two surgeries and they were NBD really. The first time I had one was when I was 14 and the last thing I remember was lying on the table, the nurse putting the mask on me and saying “count backwards from 10”… I remembered thinking “uh oh… I’m wearing this stupid robe and I don’t have any underwear on…” OUT lol

haha it was pretty funny.

RETAIL THERAPY! better than prozac,i think Im gonna buy me some cute shoes too! Hold up Masch I just thought you look at the pics of the article not actually read them

Oh and babe, since I gotta tell you and Nadia (Nadia’s log is my next stop although she’s deloading), but I ran a mile today at 8:44.
Shit, I had to push harder than a 1RM attempt. And the time is shitty compared to awesome conditioned athletes such as yourself, but it’s my best

Love the manifesto

did them too yesterday-
did we catch the ghey?

and the puma’s are kind a balla

few days late, but-

video made me want to bite you.

hair- imma dirty mofo too, but mine is usually tied back. i should look into kimba’s keratin treatment. whats it like when you air dry, tiny freak?

anesthesia- just like every other drug you haven’t tried. lil scary, but the person giving it to you assures you no prob, other people have both good and bad stories… so you don’t know how its gonna effect you until you do it. in this case, it’s better than your other option unless you’re a sick fuck like me and have more of an interest in watching it happen.

shoes- shit woman, you could have at least winked at the guy!

saw in brutes log u have some blues- understandable! sounds like the right thing that you’re looking at all of your “wins” and focusing on them.

charlie… this page is emptyish…

The shoe story is lovely - you obviously had some good karma coming your way (or maybe he just liked your arse?)

This just in: Apparently firemen love to be nekkid.

And topless while carrying an axe.

And they like to wear tightie whitties

Hey…I was in Ocean City over the weekend and thought of you and what it might be like to be on the Jersey Shore.
I heard some cheesy techno while walking down the board walk and did a little fist pumping

Hope all is well!

I walked in here hoping to see pics or Vids of our MaschyGirl…and what I get are gay firemen from Charlotte?

that’s just wrong.

Just checking in on you to be sure you aren’t doing a pre-surgery freak-out.

Remember, your surgery will be a COMPLETE SUCCESS!

sending lots of positive vibes due east!

I’ll be thinking about you tommorrow.

Just stopped in to wish you lots of ACL luck tomorrow.

I hope everything goes great. I know you’ll be just fine. New and improved and all that.

I’ll be thinking about ya.

xoxo - Puff

Hey Everyone! I’m here, just been busy getting ready for the surgery - finishing up work stuff, living it up a bit before I become homebound - beach, pool and BBQing. Been training as well, trying to get as swole as possible. Alas, I think my will has finally been broken as of today and I?ve mentally checked out of the training game. Lol! Brand new knee, here I come!

Glad youse guys like the shoe story! Honestly, this guy was completely indifferent to me as a walking vagina. I think he was in the midst of some sort of worker’s rebellion and I just happened to be the beneficiary of his particular moment of defiance. Down with the system (!!) and thank you.

Nikki! Training sounds great, girl! I’m super glad to hear. Lets see how things progress with my knee and maybe I?ll follow suit. Also, excellent work on the mile run! Isn’t it amazing how a timed mile could provoke such pukitude?

Charlie, of course thank you for all these delicious hairy firemen!! Makes me feel all warm and tingly inside…my underwear

And thank you ALL for the well wishes and positive vibes and happy thoughts! And while I love that guys will be thinking of me tomorrow, you don’t officially have to start until Friday! Lol. Alas tomorrow is just another uneventful day in the life of Mascherano!

And now, because I have nothing particular to tell you in terms of training…its show and tell time!
