In all honesty why the fuck does a number matter? In terms of final goal that is, as an indicator of progress it is valid.
If you dieted down for 4 months and ended up looking like Serge Nubret but weighed only 110lbs would you give a fuck?
Why would being 165lbs looking big and ripped be worse than being 190 lbs and looking equally big and ripped?

Not knowing what weight he would be at sub 10 % bf means this concept of “extra” is invalid, extra to what? The last time he was that lean? Oh wait he’s never been lean…
He has never been lean and thus has no idea what weight he will be so having a pre set number is his mind is just a bad idea, can lead to stuff like oh shit im going into the 180’s better stop dieting even tho he’s still fat. in my opinion anyway
Was looking through your first cycle Marzouk and its crazy how much your attitude has changed to diet and stuff, its really admirable and I hope HIIT aint too rough for you since you said you hated cardio
