Last thing i wanted to do was piss u off.

I just got a little confused because I thought I was doing the HIIT On the akipload day aswell. Didnt realise until you just wrote it that it was a complete off day.

Sun - push
Mon - pull
Tue - HIIT
wens- push
Thu - pull
Fri - HIIT
Sat - Skipload (NO TRAINING)

Now I see this is what u meant all along.

Marzouk, I just caught up to this thread and I must say I’m really really pumped for you!

I remember the first thread on the Steroids forum and you seemed to be on the fast track to a heart attack but now that you got your shit together I can’t wait to see how beastly you’ll look in 6-12 weeks.

Awesome start to my first day… its ‘labour day’ here so my gym is closed. Will be doing HIIT today when i get home.

I was wondering if you have any goals for me.

ie, within 4 weeks aim to lose xxx lbs, 8 weeks, 12 weeks etc.

Also do you have an educated guess at where you think i need to get to?

Walkway stated that he thinks i’ll need to drop to around 165-170 to look lean. Any idea? TBH i hope he is wrong thee, hoping for 180-190?

I think u’ll look good from the 200lbs mark and then it will really depend on just how lean you wanna get

As far as weightloss is concerned I do not want you to stress about it but I think 2lbs per week to start is something good. It will depend on your measurements too, though

In all honesty why the fuck does a number matter? In terms of final goal that is, as an indicator of progress it is valid.

If you dieted down for 4 months and ended up looking like Serge Nubret but weighed only 110lbs would you give a fuck?

Why would being 165lbs looking big and ripped be worse than being 190 lbs and looking equally big and ripped?

I’m guessing having an extra 25 pounds of muscle would make him look bigger…

You blind? I said IF he looked exactly the same why would a number on a scale matter?

Not knowing what weight he would be at sub 10 % bf means this concept of “extra” is invalid, extra to what? The last time he was that lean? Oh wait he’s never been lean…

He has never been lean and thus has no idea what weight he will be so having a pre set number is his mind is just a bad idea, can lead to stuff like oh shit im going into the 180’s better stop dieting even tho he’s still fat. in my opinion anyway

I do think he’s giving it to you in a harsh way as I do understand that one would like to know what he’s going to weight, if even just out of curiosity

I know I’m curious about what my stage weight will be next year and I do have a certain goal in mind as far as that is concerned

Just that whole concept has been annoying me the past few weeks, been helping my mum and her friend lose weight

I asked them, in a hypothetical situation, would they personally be happy seeing the scale go up but their dress size go down and look visually better…they both said no…
