What kind of stuff do you have at home? I am about to have a 3 week window where I wont be able to get to a gym… Right now I just plan on doing BW stuff and tons of walking/jogging but this Tx heat is a killer!! (great for me, but not for my 13 month old daughter who’d have to come with me)

Well, I do think this is one of the best reasons for not getting to the gym I’ve heard. “I couldn’t make it to the gym because of massive protests/riots attempting to overthrow the government (again).”

Yeah it hot as hell here as well,

I’ve got a pretty good stationary bike, 2 25lb dumbells, a yoga mat, push up bars, a curl bar and 90lbs of plates.

I can get most stuff done, squat, oh press, floor press, rows, shrugs, lunges, ab work, push ups, flyes etc so its not that bad, but obviously no heavy work.

ha yeah, thing is i don’t want an excuse lol.

Just booked 10 nights at the redsea in a 4 star hotel with my brother to get out of cairo, sick of being stuck in the house, guna take my whey, push up bars, skipping rope etc ad do as much working out as i can, will be able to swim and stuff.

At least if i can’t workout i can still keep my diet on track will be hard getting the macros right but i’ll stick to the basics, grilled meat, eggs, whey etc.

So im off in the morning for 10 days, and i’m guessing my gym wont have scales. So i won’t be able to update any weights etc.

Along with a-dex, hcg and a nolva/clomid pct.

Would it not be best to just wait until you are finished your diet to ensure you get the best gains by actually consuming a surplus of nutrients rather than a deficit?

x2. If I were in your position I would continue with the diet until you’re relatively lean. I hesitate to say this but if Zraw isn’t being consistent with this I think that there’s enough info/knowledge in this thread for you to be able to make your own decisions here on out. I would say the consistency and the habits you’ve formed from doing this thread are the best thing you could have learnt.

Yeah maybe you’re right, might wait until i’m leaner.

Looks like i’m on my own from now on, will continue to post weekly weights and pictures every 2 weeks.

Will adjust my macros as i see fit, think i can manage that now.

Just make sure you stick to it man. You’ve got plenty of people following this thread and it would be cool to see a great transformation!

I wouldn’t give up on him yet man. All kinds of things could have come up. Anyway, Z gave you the keys. Just keep going. Fill us in as to how you are doing. Truthfully, if you kept anything going at all during the revolution, I’ll be impressed.
