Yes I do, and I’ve briefly chatted with him at WSM. Nice young man and obscenely strong… he’s really been improving lately. He did that stone of steel for 500x3 at ASM two years ago… was told by my friend who was there, he probably could have done 5. I really hope he gets the chance to showcase his abilities at the Arnold.

Wow, what a show! Most exciting thing I’ve watched in a long while. Both me and my wife were so far on the edge of our seats that we were almost on our feet during the last event. 1,5 points separating the top 3 placements is just insane.
Congratulations to Martins on the win, that’s what I predicted and hoped for, but I didn’t think it would be that close. Well done Brian, and holy shit, Maxime will be one to watch for sure in the coming years. His performance on the first three events had me sitting with my mouth open and staring in disbelief. Talk about coming out of nowhere and showing the world what’s up.
The sport is growing, and the competitors are getting better and better. The future of Strongman is looking bright.
