Yeah, I got offered that as an option. Except over here it costs the same as a CPAP without any guarantee it would work so I just went with the CPAP.

I figure since I wont be doing conditioning during peak, I can add another extra workout to bring it to three. Prisoner squats seem like an obvious choice because they’ll keep everything nice and loose.

I started wrapping from 385 lbs (third set), all six revolutions but increasing the pre stretch and how hard I cranked down. I’m still figuring out and breaking in the Phantoms but they continue to deliver.

Yer those bench were real nice. Just a question @MarkKO, it may be the camera angle but is your grip fault narrow for those bench presses? Is that your normal grip or narrower for a reason ?
That’s my standard grip, thumb’s length from the rings @simo74. Any wider and I lose power and stability.
