Got eight hours on the CPAP. Throat is pretty GD sore again, so I’m tossing up between trying to ride it out or go back on the antibiotics and enjoy stomach cramps and the associated bathroom tours.
Do it. It will suck until you are cured. Last time I quit antibiotics early I got twice as sick as the first time around. Doc told me thats why we dont stop the antibiotics early LOL.
Then eat some Yogurt or Sauerkraut and bananas etc for some pro/prebiotics to get the stomach back on track. Antibiotics kill all the good stuff in our guts as well as the bad stuff in our body.
It’s tempting, but I’ve got a couple of hours till home time and I seem to be pulling through ok. Trust me though, if tomorrow shapes up similar I’m keeping the bed warm.
How’s your daughter going? Do they know what caused it?
She has a viral chest infection, a bit of fluid in the right lung and is coughing like a 40 a day smoker.
I don’t know why they didn’t pick it up at the hospital on Sunday. If she started antibiotics 4 days ago it would probably be gone now. Never mind she is ok today other than the cough and enjoying a sunny day at home with dad.
They can be funny with that kind of stuff, especially with kids. They took around a day, maybe two, to figure out Mrs KO had fluid on her lungs a while back.

Either way, figured I may as well train because there’s chance I’ll actually be crook tomorrow but today I’ve got a shot of getting through even if it pushes me over the edge (thinking isn’t always my strong suit)

So these were actually fine, although after each set my nasal passages closed up a bit
Also, got my belt to its tightest since nationals, when I was eight pounds or so lighter. Wasn’t a struggle either.

All up an hour and 20 minutes. Skipping warmups and stretching saves major time.
Woke at 260.4 lbs, looking a bit more bloated. Didn’t eat much yesterday except for dinner, so that makes sense. Throat still hurts a fair bit but I actually feel pretty decent apart from that.
@mortdk not sure how that works, but I’m not complaining.
I have done in the past, works a treat for tonsillitis. Not sure if it’ll help swollen glands though. Guess I may as well give it a shot though, can’t hurt right?
