Went for a (shorter) walk again, then did 10 20ish metre sprints up a slight incline. The rest was walking back to the start. Did these around 70-80 per cent (I think). Then another walk.

Sprints weren’t hard, only eight through 10 were really work. Breathing much better than yesterday.

My dad used to have a story framed that went along the lines of:

All the different part of the body were arguing as to who should be the boss.
The eyes said they should be boss because they look out for everyone
The brain said it should be boss because it did all the thinking
The legs said they should be boss because they carried everyone around all day.
And so it went on that all the body parts said they should be boss.
Lastly the bum staked its claim and at hearing this all the other body parts laughed.
So the bum stopped working, soon the brain because fuzzy, the legs went weak at the knees and the eyes crossed. All the body parts then pleased with the brain to let the bum be the boss.
As so you have it, and remember you dont need to have brains to be the boss you just need to be a bum !!

3x10 bracing hip thrusts and 10x10 seconds bracing 90/90 with sled pushes, air squats and shoulder distraction

4x3x418 lbs bare knees
5x418 lbs in wraps at six revolutions - I really didn’t push these because I’m still not completely there and also still quite congested

Wide stance squat (each foot two inches out)
2x8x352 lbs

Pull ups
3x3 wide overhand
1x7 wide neutral

Seated leg extensions
4x12x66 lbs

All up an hour and 35 minutes

Not too bad at all considering last week. Might have been different if I pushed the AMRAP set though.

No, not ironic. It’s like me telling people to take care of their bracing.

I should be alright though. So far I’m two days in and everything seems ok.

Woke at 259.5 lbs, looking a bit bloated. Forgot to note yesterday, which I’m fairly sure was 258.8 lbs and less bloated. Salt is most of the bloat I think.

With 10 second rests. This really wasn’t that hard I mean, it was work and would have been easier with less weight but it still wasn’t something that required me to focus much. That’s kind of cool, and testament to Greg’s system.

2x5x429 lbs - I don’t like deficit deads, but didn’t feel really heavier than the previous sets
