Thanks guys, so far the pseudoephedrine seems to have helped some. Then I went ahead and flushed my sinuses out with some gigantic fucking saline shit which I have no idea if it helped or not but it sure felt weird.

Damn Mark, hope you’ll get over it soon.

This is what I’ve used for years, it helps keep it at bay, makes it feel better for awhile, but I’ll do it a couple times a day. Definitely takes some getting used to, though.

If I get too bad then I mix up some water, baking soda, and sea salt and use that to flush my sinuses. It gets the loose stuff out immediately and the salt seems to piss off the sinuses and causes my nose to run. This starts to eliminate the rest of the congestion.

I once had an infection that survived two rounds of antibiotics. I finally started flushing with that mixture and was back to normal in two days.

Dude, I don’n know if you have some bacterial infection, but here we have some pills with Myrtol

Many of my friend have sinusitis and they are very pleased with the results. A friend went throuht a sinus syrgery and also got better.

Woke at 260.1 lbs, looking similar to yesterday. Thanks for the well wishes everyone. Slept for around 13 hours (I love night time cold and flu tablets) and I definitely feel better for it.

Woke at 257.3 lbs, obviously looking less bloated. This entirely my fault after deciding to hydrate and eat at the same time by downing around one and a half litres of milk not long before bed. This quite literally backfired on me in a spectacular manner.

Feeling better again though, and I’ll just pump the hydration and food today.

Tested the waters.

Walked around the park and pond across the road (maybe 800 metres, maybe a bit more). Then three rounds of

3 pullups
10 air squats
10 dips

Finished with another walk.

For having sat on my backside all day for the best part of a week squats were fine. Breathing still an issue with congestion but that’s to be expected.

I’ll repeat that tomorrow.

Don’t push it Mark. Rest up until all the congestion is gone. You don’t want to be heavy breathing when you still full of cack !!!

I hear you. More than anything I want to get blood flowing and for my body to remember what a bit of exertion is like.

Monday isn’t particularly brutal, there’s a max set of squats but that just means I may have to call it if I cant breathe.

Max just means that right, the max you can do today. I know you won’t sandbag so just do your max :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
