You’re on! You’ll be leaner than I am at the end either way. I’m realistic: my goal is to get to 260 lbs at my current body composition of what I like to refer to fat but not sloppy and kind of muscular.
I’m a bit more stretched out. I hope that someday I can weigh 235-240 and be as lean as I was last year at 220. It’s going to be a struggle because I’m not used to the extra weight. I’m already less comfortable at work.
I might have to start tracking my food again to make sure I’m eating enough.
@MarkKO @Frank_C I’m at a tad over 180 lbs I might try to get to 200 lbs, but it’s very unfamiliar territory for me, the heaviest was looking back was ohh 196-197 lbs, so not that unfamiliar, so 210 it would be, might get me to that illusive goal of mine.
I’ll give it a shot, but bare with me if I have to bail in shear vain ![]()
And then there were three @mortdk
Awesome!
Soon I’ll join you all in your weight gaining ![]()

@Frank_C and @MarkKO If you guys are going for 260, then maybe this little short arse should be going for 220 !!

I’m in. I’ll join the weight gaining group. I’m 140 lb today. Trying to get to 135 lb. ![]()
Nice! I understand the vanity aspect. I told my wife I was going to get bigger and she said “Why? You already complain about how you look and feel?”
Well, she’s right but I told her it’s all part of a process. I’m happy with my weight right now but I don’t have the lower body fat that I want at this weight so the only option is keep going.
Yes! You and Mort could shoot for 10 lb gains by the end of the year if you’re hesitant.
@MarkKO and I are basically shooting for a four pound gain each month. That’ll be about a 10% increase in 5+ months of we succeed. I think you could shoot for the same four pound per month goal. I think a better idea would be to check with your new coach and see what he says. Just let us know what your goal number is so we can help you stay on track.
I’m up to 265 regularly.

Congrats man, my dad used to be a carpenter back in the 80’s and 90’s, literally built my parent’s first house himself. If you own your own house it also helps big time actually knowing how to fix shit around the house.
Woke at 235.6 lbs, bloating pretty much gone.

Took an hour and 30 minutes. This is honestly a fucking horrible day, and being a lard-arse doesn’t really help that much
Took some fat-sique shots after stretching, so kind of cheaty but any pump would have reduced a fair bit. I don’t think there’s anything new going on, TBH.
Yeah you’re still a beast ![]()
10 second rest sounds awful ![]()
