I’m the lucky one @The_Myth he came as part of a package deal with Mrs KO so I’ve only known him since he was two. Those two are the best thing that’s ever happened to me.

Ahh man what a great picture. Remember my kids when they were young.
Heck even myself, I got my fishing rod I guess I was about munchkins age. Dad and mom took me to the shore: I wanted to go fishing, but dad told me he would show me. Me an mom sad on the shore, watching my dad, when he slipped and fell over in the water. We hold our breath forever I think. Dad got up and we expected him to be angry, but he laughed and me and mom trembled over laughing. Well after that I went fishing many times with my dad, and had some great times there.
For you guys and girls around here without kids, these are one of many precious moments that’s waiting for you. Before you have kids, you’ll never understand.
And with all the good stuff, well there might be some terror too.
Enjoy life with your loved ones Mark. And get a really big one for the barbecue next time.

Family is important. They are why I do what I do every day. I hope to seem them smile, laugh everyday. Some of the brightest parts of my weeks are when I go to bed early and hear my girls (wife, and daughter) laughing and talking.

Woke, looking decent as far as I can tell. Diet has been fucked the last two days, but I’m pretty sure I’ve stayed within budget or close to. Macros a bit less so, mostly excess fat but nothing terrible.
