Meanwhile I’ve eaten the majority of a party sized (42 ounces) bag of peanut M&Ms today…
No excuses for having a bad day of squats and deads tomorrow!

Peanut M&Ms are awesome. Funny thing, though, over the last couple of years I’ve stopped liking chocolate unless it’s in a cookie or a cake.
I get dark chocolate peanut M&M’s - it’s a super food!
Chocolate covered almond & yogurt covered almond fan here. ![]()
I’m pretty good with any nut covered in chocolate.
There’s no way to say that without being open to sexual innuendos but there it is.
+100 to any nut covered in chocolate, so delicious. lolz.
I had my feet “analyzed” at a running shop recently. The machine gave me back my “ball girth” measurement, which was “very low”. It was apparently referring to the ball of my foot but lol maybe not.

I don’t know of any other use for the phrase ‘ball girth’ than the first one that comes to mind.
Maybe a small ball girth would deduce chafing? That could help with running, right?
Woke at 217.8 lbs, looking pretty tight. Win.
I now understand why I hate running ![]()
Forget about ball girth, what about when your legs chafe !
You have never fished before, new rod, or actually caught an edible fish?
I think the only edible fish I’ve caught was fish out of my own pond (stocked full of bass, aggressive cunts at that). Crabbing is a lot easier and tastier if you live in the right area. Just buy some crappy chicken legs or something (raw obviously), tie some rope around it, and tie that rope to the pier and do that with a bunch of different spots then wait. Traps work really well, but are a pain to work with.
LMFAO.
Just in case people think I am joking around… Apparently my left (ball of FOOT haha) is a little smaller than the right. lmfaomfaomfomf.
I also have small ball width…
lol’n.
I def think it helps. born2run. lmfao!
Is one of your balls a little lower than the other one when you stand?
Isn’t everyone’s ?
Mine take turns while walking, but when standing they’re pretty even on the ground.
If yours are on the ground you should be in the circus !
Actually caught. I don’t think fishing is my thing. It’s fiddly and time consuming, and unless munchkin and Mrs KO were really into it that makes it kind if pointless from where I sit.

Tried that pulse pasta @kleinhound mentioned. Tastes about the same as wholegrain pasta I think: not terrible, but not great. Definitely edible, because lunch was a whole pack with some sauteed broccolini, red onion, chicken breast and a couple of tablespoons of light sour cream.
On another note, if the scale doesn’t move upwards in the next two to three weeks I’ll probably up my calories again. Doesn’t seem like anything has changed since I went to 3100 cal/day: body comp looks the same, scale seems to sit around the same.
