You’re really gonna say f*** me then, because in Texas, for apartments there’s decent ones that run on average for 450-600$ a month. If you catch them during move in specials that’s an easy 200$ of your rent for however long your lease is.

There’s this studio apartment my husband and I are looking at, 550 square feet, 416$ a month. Trash and water included.

We have these nice apartments in the northern part of Houston called The Woodlands, 4 bedroom, 4 bath, sitting right at almost 2,000 square feet and it’s 12-1400 a month (they give you discounts galore if they like you enough). That’s like “high end” down south over here lol. Hell of a lotta square feet, for an apartment. Used to deliver pizzas there all the time.

Texas is cheap as hell. Property taxes are high as hell here though if you’re a homeowner, or own land.

Woke at 215.2 lbs, looking tighter and a bit flat. Seriously, what the actual fuck? This is since I upped calories to 3100 per day, and I’ve gone well over a couple of times in the last few days.

OK, I’ll weigh in. Here in Canberra a one bedroom apartment is between 300-500 AUD a week, but a three bedroom house can be rented for between 450-800 AUD a week. Which, in both cases, are around the same as mortgage payments for those properties, except the price of the properties to buy range from 350000 AUD for a small apartment to 700000 AUD and up for a three bedroom house

meanwhile in Brisbane

3 bedroom houses going for 600-800+k AUS (420-575+k USD)

A 2 bedroom apartment near the city is gonna be at least 500k AUD (350k US)

EDIT didnt read 700 000 and up

Woke at 216.7, looking decent. Bit fuller than yesterday, maybe a tad bloated around lower abs but that’s to be expected given we had a brewery lunch and one of the beers did NOT agree with me and made me balloon up.

I hope your friend had no choice but to sell… cause prices in Palo Alto have become insane, imo.

Woke at 217.4 lbs, somehow looking tighter than yesterday. Partly dehydration I’m guessing, but that doesn’t explain the flat stomach.

Remember a flat stomach is better than a fat stomach !!

Yeah, you aren’t overreaching/heading towards over training. If you have a good appetite and don’t have issues falling asleep, then chances are you aren’t over training. I always drop a good 10lbs and have some unidentifiable cold like thing whenever I start to go into over training.

And

@planetcybertron I always get jealous when I see the costs of living anywhere that isn’t on the coastline. Aren’t salaries basically the same in Texas as the coasts aside from crazy high cost of living regions (certain cities and the state of California)? I know you guys have a lot of oil money.

I figured that out :joy:

I think I’m finally working enough that I can eat without getting properly fat. Or I’m carrying enough muscle that my metabolism is faster. Either or.
