Woke at 209.7 lbs, looking a bit soft and bloated. I think it’s simply because of the volume of dinner yesterday: I had a decent breakfast but a tiny lunch so to make up my calories dinner was big. Not bad, just big. Maybe a little extra salt in there too.
Wide stance squat (each foot two inches further out)
3x6x275 lbs, beltless - these felt awkward AF but light all the same. Can’t believe I used to squat like this. Third set:
Nothing related to your training but do happen to have German ancestors? Kehrberg is a common German name. Also I used to play tennis with a guy named Mark Kehrberg
Woke at 208.8 lbs, but looking a lot better. Bloat is gone, softness almost gone.
@Koestrizer yes, I’m only a first generation Australian. My mother was born in Germany. Still got all my uncles and cousins there. I never had much to do with them though, which is kind of a shame.
Btw do you pronounce your last name “German” or English? I for example have a Swedish first name (no relations to Sweden unfortunately) but we all pronounce it “German”. I later found out that you would pronounce it way different in Sweden which would mean if I ever go to Sweden, people there must think I am too dumb to pronounce my own name.
