Marijuana or Alcohol

First of all I want to say that I’ve never done any type of drugs. I barely drink and don’t go out much.

I’m injured(might have a hernia) at the moment and can’t really lift heavy. I can do some complexes with light weights and other types of cardio.

Now I been out a few times lately and plan on doing so from now on. I’m really missing out being only 21 years old. I still love the gym and physical activity in general(sports etc) so that will never stop.

Now from what I’ve read, weed seems to be used to sit back and just chill out which is not what I want to do…I want to go out and fuck girls lol. Am I right in assuming this or are people just lazy? I was thinking maybe drinking some spike with it or something.

Or

I could just go and drink 5-6 shots of vodka and eat clean afterwords.

Of course I’m thinking about which is best for body composition.

AND please no anti-marijuana bullshit. If you can’t be open minded then please don’t post here.

Anyways what do you guys suggest?

It depends on how YOU react. Some people (most) get real lazy and chill, others wanna do a bunch of cool shit when they smoke. I think that the mindset you have before you go into has a good amount to do with it. Caffeine and MJ can be a good mix, get you talkative and explorative, but you should probably figure out how you react to MJ alone first. Also, don’t have any cardiovascular problems like an irregular heartbeat or those two could prove to be bad news.

Alcohol is my choice.

Overall, neither is best for body composition.

Yea I know neither is best for body composition BUT I’m not looking to be the next MR.Olympia. I just want some balance in my life. Work my ass of at the gym during the week and indulge in some fun during the weekend. It’s annoying when all the girls at work think you’re hot but when they ask you to go to a club with them or a party they respond for you “no I have to go to the gym” I actually like that, at least I’m known for something I LOVE but I’ll like to get “some” much much better :P.

Personally, I prefer MJ because booze is gonna fuck your body composition up ALOT worse. Getting high makes me alot more laid back after and its great if I can’t sleep at night as it makes me just blank out and doze off.

As for pigging out while taking pot, I have yet to experience it. It makes me hungry but my little bit of willpower is enough for me not to ruin my diet.

lol DUH!..I know this man. It was a joke. The thing is I’ve done the partying sober thing and it was very boring. Everyone happy and doing crazy shit while you sip on water. It’s just much more fun to be “on something” because you can relate to everyone else.

Nothing wrong with partying once in a while… I know a few bodybuilders that go to raves during the summer and I remember them taking GHB drug, alot worse than weed or alcohol.

Because I love Russia lol and I guess it is. Beer seems to be higher in calories and sweet drinks have a ton of sugar.

I recommend cocaine…for everything. Rub it on your dick, your teeth, ram it up your nose, smoke it, sprinkle it on your cereal, mix it up with your supplements, use it as a sugar substitute in your coffee, etc etc.

In all seriousness, based on my own experiences before I got sober and entered a 12-step program a couple years ago, weed will just destroy your motivation to lift. Also, in my case it made me extremely anti-social and heavily exacerbated what was otherwise an almost dormant, miniscule tendency toward social anxiety. I could talk with women and spit some game just fine. But it was getting up the balls and the motivation to approach women at bars in the first place after I had just smoked an 1/8 to my face that was really hard. Once I was in the door I was fine, but getting that foot in the door was very hard for me.

As for alcohol, first of it is a drug, so you’ve already done a drug(s). Booze will definitely fuck up your body composition in and of itself, especially if you have a tendency to drink like I did, which is to say that I usually drank until I passed out. Actually, according to my friends, I had the uncanny ability to continue drinking WHILE passed out. I would be passed out with a beer in my hand, wake up enough to take a sip, then pass right back out again. I was known to drink at least a six-pack like this as long as my friends kept putting beer in my hand.

In regards to other drugs:

ecstasy-not my favorite drug. Just didn’t float my boat so I can’t offer much of an opinion on that

mushrooms and/or acid-again, in my case, not the best drug to take when planning on going out to a club. Too many things going on inside my head to deal with women in a way that lent itself to getting laid on a regular basis. Perhaps an appropriate drug to use when trying to incorporate more cardio into your workouts. The effect on your body composition should be minimal, if anything

crystal meth-great for cutting weight, but not for anything else. although I will say that I’ve noticed a tendency for women to get extremely horny when smoking it. But using this drug will assuredly put you into contact with some unsavory people, women included.

heroin-never tried this one, but it can’t be anything but detrimental to your chances of getting laid. Nodding off at random times and mumbling about some pirate ship on the horizon isn’t very attractive to women

cocaine-I hate to say it, but this may just be the perfect drug for you. It doesn’t carry the same negative stigma that crystal meth does, won’t put you into contact with snaggle-toothed radiation victims like crystal meth will, and it’s much easier to function as a normal member of society in the short-term. Because the immediate effect lasts much shorter than crystal, you can fully dedicate yourself to a good old-fashioned coke binge and still find time to lift. Also, women seem to view this drug with less of a negative stigma attached to it than any of the others above.

YES! I totally forgot about snorting X. The only time I really enjoyed X I crushed up a few pills and snorted them like a fucking anteater. After roaring around my apartment like a goddamned wild boar for about half an hour I settled into a real groove and banged my girlfriend into submission. I admit, at times I had trouble maintaining a hardon, but since I was banging her like a rabid fucking wolverine when I DID have a raging boner, the occasional respite while I gathered my senses was a welcome relief for her anyways.

lmao I always get butterflies in my stomach thinking about rolling… my fav way to take it is by snorting; I came to enjoy that bitter taste it leaves anyways.

Yeah, that whole eyeballs with a life of their own thing is kinda creepy. That’s why I always insisted on the woman not making eye contact me as a prerequisite for having a conversation. I also wore sunglasses as an extra precaution, but this seemed to weird them out since I wear glasses, so putting sunglasses on over my regular glasses probably came across as a bit…eccentric.

alcohol you nerd. lowers inhibitions. Just remember that when you get drunk just try not to act drunk. You may admit that you are drunk but don’t be silly and don’t yell insults at people from car windows etc.

I love weed but it makes me useless for talking to girls or anyone for that matter. Its an alone time drug for me.

Also, weed makes me anxious and the only thing I find that cures it is activity. sports. So when I smoke I run around like a mad man. Shooting hoops, touch football, golf, batting cages. That is living as far as im concerned.

Well, meeting chicks is definitely going to be easiest when drinking in good moderation. Keep the drinks coming, but don’t get saucy and don’t get to point where you’re even slurring words.

Weed? Man, weed should be like “second-being” if you’re going to try to interact with people. My friends and I can go out and you’d never know we were high… but I know people who broadcast the fact that they’re high solely through their eyes, actions, and overall personality. HOWEVER - I have had many chicks come back home with us because the question “So, you like to smoke weed?” was presented.

As for people mentioned other, more interesting drugs above…

E (and all MDA/alternates) are a great idea for some freaky and fun stuff. ONLY if there’s chicks that are on it too. If you’re trying to interact with chicks when you’re on E you’re probably going to end up getting wayyyyyy too close and personal. But if you can some chicks to trip with you, holy shit, watch out. I know guys who got into some orgies that way.

As for someone talking about shrooms + acid above… LOL! I can just see it now. You just took an eighth of dried cubensies and the trip is coming on full-force. You make it to the bar with your friends somehow. A girl (who’s very attractive) bumps into you and apologizes.
