My arm seems bigger due to the angle the picture was taken (and it seems everybody on board noticed it already…dayhum). While I am at 10% body fat and have a six-pack, my arms are only about 13.5", and if I don’t flex them, you can’t tell I’ve ever trained them.
So, I need to gain at least 20 more pounds in order to look “well trained”.
And please tell me you didn’t just say Hallowed is “chubby”… I don’t know if I should “LOL” or “”

Long live peanut farmers (I’m guessing 100-200 g of roasted peanuts /day (1/4- 1/2 lb) are a lot less bad than 100-200 g/day of sweets -Twinkies or whatever else? And also, better than just adding refined palm oil to food? No, I don’t have the option to eat almonds, cashews, hazelnuts - they cost double or triple - and raisins tend to make my teeth hurt, although I might add some 50g raisins/day for the minerals)

A) Eat a lot (already working that out)
B) If you don’t progress, change the frequency/volume
C) If an exercise isn’t working for you, pick a new one.
Don’t spend 2 years on a lift wining that it’s not fair, move onto one that you can progress on ![]()
Well, due to my weak spine, I started out with an 80 lb bar on DLs (1RM ~ 200 lb)… but, last weeks it went from not good (1RM 300; 264 x 5) to very bad: my reps halved, weight on the bar went down etc. So now I’ll do SLDLs for a few months…then again DLs…then…
Also, I can’t BP or MP -shoulder pain and crackling- despite being able to do Ext Rotations with ~18 lbs for 8 reps, and having done more pulling than pressing…
I only discovered dips ~1 year ago -as in discovering that on narrower parallel bars they actually work something (while still trying to BP), and 1A push-ups (which should be hard enough for a few more months) a few months ago (having given up BP)… (practically, been without a pressing move for ~2 years out of the 3, and, as such, had to take a break from chins in order to not create much of an imbalance
)
Anyway, began doing a modified “PLP”, adding 100-200 g of peanuts/day, and starting tomorrow, I’ll do SLDLs…

Dude - blur out the tats and post up! C’mon man - you can’t use that as a cop-out - you have to admit that excuse is totally lame. Not saying that you aren’t bigger than a girl, but making excuses for never showing your physique isn’t very becoming.
