Managing the Frequency of a Program

Coach, I have been using your Look like a Bodybuilder Perform like an Athlete Program and im really enjoying it, however, training 6 days a week is starting to wear me down. Is there a way you’d manage dropping it to 4 or 5?

I have also considered making the switch over to your new Strength/Skill Program you recently put out to see what type of results I have with it to be able to compare the two. Is there one your prefer over the other or is it goal dependant?
