Program Review - 3 Days a Week

Hey coach -

Would like to get a review of my current program. I run obstacle races and play a good deal of basketball. Looking for increased strength and muscle endurance (less concerned with size). I have 3 days during the week (Tu/W/Th) when I can train.

Right now I’m doing:

Tuesday:
Back squats 6x6 / Ab work x6
DB Fly 3x8 / Reverse lunge KB slides 4x8
Flat Bench 4x8 / DB Step-ups 4x12
Overhead press 4x8 / Calf raises 2x25

Wednesday:
Barbell Deadlift 8/5/5/3/3 / Pulls/Chins 4x8
Barbell Row 4x8 / Shrugs 3x15
Good mornings 4x8
Hi-lat pulldown 15/12/10/8
KB Row 2x15 each arm

Thursday
Back Squat 8/6/4/4/2/2 / Ab work x6
Incline DB Press 4x10 / DB Split Squats 2x10 each leg
KB overhead press 4x8 / Hip Thrusters 3x8
Curls 2x8 1xAMRAP / Dorsiflexion (DARD) 2x20

CT does not have time to critique everyone’s program. He’s stated as much many, many times.
Not trying to be a jerk, just don’t hold your breath waiting for an answer.
