I will now stop laughing at Keanu Reeves acting. He plays the best villain in movies in the last ten years.

Forgot this movie existed. Will pirate.

I watched it last night. Loved it.
It was okay, Kung Fu Hustle and a few others were better.
It was entertaining but not top 10
It was surprisingly good imo. Right up until the fight with Reeves, man that part sucked.

For ultimate silliness combined with fighting, it’s hard to beat Kung Fu Hustle. I love that movie. Its silliness is quite intentional though, as opposed to some of those older films.
On of my favorite movies.
I can’t help but laugh my ass off at that movie.
Shaolin Soccer, guys …Shaolin Soccer…

Love Stephen Chow movies, especially Kungfu Hustle and Shaolin Soccer. What i really like about them is that they were loving tributes to the old Hong Kong martial arts movies(and some wuxia ones).
I thought the ending to Man of Tai Chi was as awesome as much as it was hilarious!
I like the realism (in a cinematic sense) in fight choreography with some bone crunching mma moves thrown in. The most recent film I;ve seen with great fight scenes was Special ID.
Love shoalin soccer. Was so happy when they put it on netflix.
My old roommates and I used to watch Kung Fu Hustle once a month. Shit is hysterical. Who hasn’t tried the toe crusher in a fight since seeing that movie?

Agreed. Keanu left his yacht and his sand garden to get his ass kicked.
Just watched " Man of Tai Chi " I really liked it. I also agree that Keanu (sp) played a good villain. Would have liked to see some more of that Tai Chi wind like move that killed Keanu at the end. Will look out for part 2.
Anyone a fan of Iron Monkey? I remember seeing that at a Sunday Matinee that was empty except for my friend and myself. Always had a soft spot in my heart for that one

Yes! Love that movie. Watched it several times with my oldest son when it came out. One of my favorite martial arts movies.
