Making Progress but Abs are Lacking (W/Photos)

Is THIS what the tribunal thing is for? I’d say yes. Juan is probably a swell guy but T-Cell Alpha material he is not. But then again, maybe others think I’m not worthy either.

He has. If you are not sure click on the users name on the left hand side and a list of options will drop down. If you see “Tribunal: T-Cell Alpha” then he has been invited.

Yes he seems like a nice guy with good intentions, but he is also one of those newb experts. With only a years worth of experience and less than stellar results I just think maybe he should spend more time learning and pounding the weights and less time giving advice. Not sure the t-cell was really the right place for him to be posting.

I want to add:

I don’t consider myself an expert. I do really had visited the place a lot and read. Sometimes I am overwhelmed by too much information. But certainly our misunderstanding comes from the fact that I say that new people needs to be helped not just plain rejected.

If some skinny guy needs help and words that send him back to bb.com to work for a while and come back here, he will waste his time there. Make this place worthy and say go to begginers to post. Most people want to bodybuild because they lack something to be happy, nobody bodybuilds beacuse don’t care.

Maybe I want to be too nice to others (the rejected ones), but I read Thibaudeau, and i know that I has been not wrong on that aspect. I do really know something on how to stop thinking on the “hardgainer I am” or the “look I am ectomorph so i don’t grow”.

I could be an addition on that matter, just because I was there and accept it, and by that, I could help others to change that way of thinking and help them to become what they has just only dreamed.

It is up to you, but rejection, i keep, is not a good thing.

I am already invited, lol

Tribunal?

So you aren’t the guilty party? I was thinking of tribunaling you over that invite

No, not me… Has he REALLY been invited?

Looks like he has. What stupid son of a bitch thought he should be in the T-Cell? [/quote]

Man, I am sorry for my words to you, could we left the hate for the workout and just colaborate, I think that we become a T.N. member to get/give advice.

Surely we have different points of view, your atop of the hill, I am starting to climb it. It is no need for such words against other for this matter, if you give me a reason to quit t-cell: I will do it by my own hand.

I think this about right.

I have a feeling this guy is going to wind up doing fairly well in the long run, though he is fumbling somewhat about at the moment.

I don’t think I would have invited him, but I also don’t think his presence will be disastrous either. He at least seems a lot more sincere than a lot of other guys showing up here do.

Aside from all that he has the uncanny ability to string together intelligible sentences from entirely incorrect English grammar which isn’t an insult as English clearly is not his primary language.

Actually I’m somewhat impressed. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anybody else who can write long posts that are as readable while being as wrong.

I leave for the weekend and I miss a gem of a thread.

I really don’t know what to say. Seriously, my GF has more muscle than you, and you’re worried about ab muscles?

Ok, finished reading the thread, I see the OP has seen the light, kudos man. You have made nice progress, just start on buidling more muscle

Right now, you have no where to go - you are too skinny.

If we make an statistics, this is the most frequent sentence on this site: “you are too skinny”.

it is a bodybuilding place, not bodybuilt.

You also are skinny compared to Ronnie Coleman.

What the fuck are you even talking about? When did a 150 pounder become part of the “we”?

You are no part of any “we” I am associated with. ’

LOL

calm down guy. this is an unknown guy wich is calm laughig at us.

We disagree because you see people down from your huge body, seated on your cloud, where skinnies like me has no place. Did you born that muscular? were you skinny before? do you know how a person feel when someone rejects him for what he said or how he looks?,

Look all those adds full of skinny guys with abs, in our society that is the way that sales, is normal the kid wants to be like that. He asked advice on abs, help him to find his way, if that way is not on your way, leave him alone.

Reconsidering the word “we” that I use standing for humans or men, really I don’t want to considere it associated with you if you don’t want to.

Your posts really make no sense. No one is saying this guy sucks because he’s skinny. The point is, he’s skinny and worried about building ab muscles that won’t really happen till he actually puts on some muscle.

There’s nothing wrong with you trying to help people, but a lot of questions like the one the OP has asked could have been answered without him starting his own thread.

It doesn’t take too long on this site to realize who the more experienced lifters are and the quality of advice they have to give. That being said, if a lot more people would rather just search and read posts by lifters who have been successful in putting on muscle or dropping bodyfat, threads such as these wouldn’t be popping up every couple of days.

The black guy didn’t do it.

A likely story. Don’t try to tell the cops that.
