I am going to be going on a cycle of mag-10 right away and was wondering about side effects, has anyone experianced any?
I am a little sensitive to jumps in t levels as i already have a small amount of adolescent gyno :S , Should I be concerned with this? is there any extra precautions I should take while i am taking mag-10?
also should i be doing the 2 servings a day or just one serving a day?
The only thing that I noticed is that it was harder to fall asleep, which is a side effect of higher T.
Sides? Very little, if any. Mild insomnia if taken later in day/evening.
2 servings/day? Depends. Some find it effective at one dose or even one and one half dose a day. If you have the money, I would shoot for 2/day. Also depends on cycle length.
Seriously consider Tribex/M post-cycle.
Actually, the insomnia is the result of the androgenic componet of Mag-10. More specifically, CNS stimualtion and increased heart rate.

Ooops sorry need to edit what I said the cycle would be for two weeks if I do 2 servings aday then 2 weeks of tribex and M. Or else I would go on 1 serving a day for 2 weeks go on tribex and M for 2 weeks then back on mag 10 for 2 weeks and then the last 2 weeks would be tribex and M again.
