This might be a year old question but i need to know.how do i take the mag 10 does Biotest give you a spoon to measure it with? how do i take it under the tongue (i think taking it under tongue is thesame as taking it normally?
You measure the stuff wuth the cap. 1and 1/2 capfulls is 1 dose. Hold it unter your tongue for a minute then swallow.
Alternativly you could use an oral seringe, you know the ones you use to feed babies medicine. They measure ml.
