I know that it was stated in the Q&A that you can gain 20-30 lbs over your natural limit of lean body mass. But what sort of time frame are we looking at? I guess a better question is how many pounds of lean body mass can an experienced lifter (who is still below his natural limit of lean mass) expect to gain on average in an 8 week straight cycle of Mag-10 at 1 serving per day?
We’re still pre-release and involved in
some final testing so your question cannot
be answered so well. For sure at two
servings per day (the maximum recommended
dose) with appropriate nutrition, training,
and rest, 20-30 lb LBM in 8 weeks for
a novice user is reasonable. It may be that
that can be done with one serving per day
as well: two may be overkill. Obviously
determining that is quite important to us
as there’s no point in people wasting money
taking more than needed.
We do know for sure that there is no point
in going past 2 servings, at least not
to anyone who would be satisfied with
somewhat over gram-per-week steroid stack results. What we don’t know for sure yet
is whether one serving per day can also achieve this. It looks like it may but
it’s not certain yet.
