I brought a bottle of mag 10 back in March this year. Haven’t got round to using it as I’vr been busy with moving house etc. I’ve had it stored in the fridge. Will it be ok to use? - I read somewhere that it should be frozen if its not going to be used for a while, is refrigeration ok or should I dump it and buy another bottle?
It should be fine…leave it at room temp for 24hrs or so before using.
You should definitly send it to me for testing and get a new bottle

congratulations on your baby, now it is time to get it in shape. Up until age 9 months I would keep the baby on a strict cardio regimine concluding each workout with limited chest andf arm. After 9 months a workout consisting of dead lifts, leg extesions, abs and lots of pull ups. you wont believe the number of pull ups they can do. do not allow the child to skip sessions without a valid excuse.
