I have been working out now for about 2 years. I started out at a bodyweight of about 130. Over a period of two years i got up to about 215 pounds. It was a little fat but a lot of muscle also. It sounds hard to beilive but i was very dedicated. I put on the weight for football. I have lost a lot of the weight since then but unfortunatly a lot of the muscle too. My current bodyweight is around 160. My question is, is that i was wondering if anybody knows if it is safe to take a product like MAG-10 or 4 AD-EC to put back on some quality weight. I am currently 18 years old but will be 19 in not too long. The only things i have ever taken are protein, creatine and HOT-ROX. (Lots of credit to the HOT-ROX for help with the weight loss!) Any reply would be greatly appreciated.
How on earth did you go down from 216 to 160, did you starve yourself or something?
On the subject of Mag-10 and 4-AD i would recommend that you stay away from them for at least couple of years.
You are still young and growing so take advantage of that by eating big, clean and training hard, you will definately see results.
Seeing as the body has good muscle memory your old muscle will comeback quickly.
No, i didnt starve myself. I changed my whole diet around. stopped eating junk food. Changed my workouts and started running a lot. Like i said I also took HOT-ROX. Im only 5’10’’ so it was hard to keep that weight on anyway
ok, here’s my opnion: from 16-18 you gain 85 lbs (great !), then lost 55 from 18 to almost 19? well, the fact that you added all that weight means, why would you need prohormones? you gained 85 lbs? you could probably gain tons of quality weight without any prohormones or Hot-Rox or anything… i mean, you’re only almost 19!
i’d say put it back on naturally, you did it before and can probably do it again
but what do i know, cya
I’d have to agree with Tokman, at 18 you have so much natural test that you really don’t need to start messing with pH. Plus, I noticed from age 18 to say 25 you gain a lot naturally. As far as your weight, I would cut the jogging, do some sprints, and use the dietary guidelines of say T-dawg 2.0.
Thanks, I appreciate all advice
