Mag-10: empty or full stomach?

Tried the search engine, found Bill Roberts reccomended full for oral steroids, so unless I’m mistaken thats what to do right?

Full stomach. Regaradless of what Bill says, those six caps’ll make you quite quesy after a few minutes if taken on an empty stomach.

From a functionality viewpoint, it doesn’t much matter with MAG-10.

However, Agathos has a point. Some users, when they take more than 3 pills on a totally empty stomach, feel a little odd.

Does this mean that it is ok to take Red Bands and Alpha Male on a full stomach since they have the same delievery system as MAG-10?

I’m not trying to be gross, or anything, but when I take Mag-10 on an empty stomach, I get the worst tasting burps.

Kind of like the Tribex powder burps, but this is a really heavy aftertaste, of course w/o the powder since it’s oil based.
