MAG-10 Cycle

Hi, I am 5’6" and weigh about 150 pounds. I want to gain muscle to about 158 after 6 weeks, after bulking and then cutting down.
What should my goals for bulking be?
Id like to start the MAG-10 cycle from tomorrow. Two weeks of initial workout, two weeks of working twice a day and then last two weeks of cutting down.
Does anyone who has done this give me any tips before I start? Can someone direct me to the articles of the MAG-10 cycle as well as massive eating that goes with it? Any advice is appreciated.
