Mag-10 and insulin sensitivity

I understand to get the full benefits of Mag-10 you have to bump up your calories significantly. It was recommended that you consume 500g Protein + 500g Carbs. Does Mag-10 improve insulin sensitivity? For us who are “carb intolerant” I’m afraid we’ll put on too much fat. I’d let to get some feedback from “carb intolerant” people who have followed this recommendation on Mag-10.

Chris Shugart once said that anabolics allow you to “get away” with eating more carbs and overall calories without gaining fat, or at least not much fat, even if you’re bad with carbs. I’ve found this to be true with MAG-10. Just choose carbs wisely: complex carbs most of the time, Surge type stuff before and after training.
