I’ve been periodically(3-4 times this past week) having cold sweats at night and don’t know what to chalk it up to. Just finishing my first week of bulking and MAG-10. I take ZMA before bed, but haven’t had the problem in the past. Only real change is the amount of food I’ve been downing, not the types of food though. No other changes in supps, etc. and I haven’t been drinking. Wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this. Any ideas?

“Night sweats” are a pretty common side effect with androgen use. When I used a great deal of androgens, it wasn’t uncommon for me to sleep with a fan on the entire night.
If that’s what you’re describing, anyhow.
Thanks Cy. The only thing is that they are cold sweats, I wake up shivering with my blankets on and have to move to a different area of the bed that is not wet. I warm up though as soon as I dry off and move, so maybe I am just cold from being wet and having the fan blowing.

If you already have a fan on and you’re sweaty, you’ll most certainly feel colder. That’s the point of sweating. Try not sleeping with the fan next time and see if you still have the chills. If so, this has nothing to do with MAG-10.
Well, got them bad last night without the fan on. Seems to happen when I work out late (8-9pm) and then eat a big meal before bed (bulking). It’s crazy too, because I’ve been having really intense dreams since I started using ZMA. Combine that with the cold sweats and it makes for a really trippy night!
