Ask CT or Charles P how important genetics are. Answer is very. Yea, everybody works hard, but some guys like mad titan are genetically superior. Yes the train hard, but they don’t train 5 X harder or know 5 X as much.
How much you want to put on this guy?
Whooo everybody. Don’t take that post the wrong way. I’m sure you work very, very hard and your nutrition is spot on. My point is that if the average dude on here did the exact same things you did with as much effort as you he still wouldn’t quite look as good. Whether people want to hear it or not genetics are what separate the very top guys from the top guys.
I don’t have to work as hard or eat as good as most people and still get better results. That being said, I still don’t see myself getting to your level even if I did everything perfectly. I am in no way taking away from your dedication or work ethic.

And I still stand by what I said earlier If I hadn’t busted butt I would still be the 120 pound average looking guy who couldn’t do a pull up. I would not have realized my genetic potential. You will never know until you try. I imagine if I came across people like you when I first started or better yet when I hit my first plateau, I might have just chuck it up to genetics–not knowing the more I read, the harder I worked–the closer I come to unlocking my genetic potential-
What bodyparts have been harder work for you to develop?
It would have to be calves and triceps but I have realized lately that training them every 48 with less sets hours I’m actually starting to see results.

This is a brief synopsis of my leg work out. I work Legs 3 times a week. The first part of the week is a heavy day comprised with a lot of sets. Later in the week I do lighter loads since my diet is altered to deplete glycogen to oxidize stubborn fat optimally. Don’t forget to vote for me for the iron man spokes model contest
