Good job MT, really impressive.
I know this might be a very general/stupid question but how do you keep your bf that low and keep putting on that much muscle?
My eating habit is usually high in protein and low on carbs except on days when I’m doing deadlifts/squats/cleans which happens to be twice a week. Usually I have my carbs very early on during the day. At night time I take very little to no carbs at all.
As for my training, all my movements consist of compound movements and my rep scheme for the most part never go past 5 reps. When I do go 8 reps its for 3 -4 weeks.
As Eickst said earlier, I never do cardio (well as some people normally do) i.e. running for miles upon miles. I do either sprints or farmers walk. For my “cardio” I do a lot of superset where I do 3 exercises at the same time with no rest in between i.e. squats/deadlifts/front squats or leg press/cleans/barbell curls.
I always adjust the amount of time I spend between exercises because it makes a world of difference in strength and body composition…

Nice work. I remember when you first posted way back when in the TILF thread I believe. You were freaky built then too with those helipad pecs but it looks like you’ve added even more muscle.

I also remember quite clearly when MT posted in the TILF thread as well
I know the numbers are not the greatest but it gives me motivation knowing that I have a lot to improve upon
Those are excellent numbers. Seriously, especially for 181. but I like your attitude of always can do better. You ever thought of powerlifting?
yeah I thought about it but I don’t think anywhere near that level…
