I agree, he looks like a stud. That is a lot of hard work right there.
Mad Titan - what is harder for you, staying that lean, building muscle, or something else?

I’d love to see more t-men and women saluted for their acheivements. And would love it even more if there were a regular feature that interviewed folks like Titan, Caveman, AG1, etc. who have acheived such spectacular results.
First of all…props to MAD Titan…good job dude.
Second, I’d like to “second” Futuredaves Idea quoted above.

Wow man. That is seriously goddamn impressive. You possibly have the nicest physique I’ve ever seen besides arnold and serge nubret.
There are thousands of men in Southern California ALONE who sport physiques that are every bit as aesthetic as that, if not more so.
You’re one of those people who knows nothing about bodybuilding besides Arnold and the current Olympia pro’s.
Thousands upon thousands of bodybuilders in the lighter weight divisions over the decades since the “Golden Years” never enter your awareness.
There are even HS and college kids who look like that these days. Quite a few of them post on online bodybuilding forums.
People are getting better and stronger every year.
You always need to fuck threads up? You sound like a dick.
Oh and I forgot to add…excellent job and congratulations Titan.
Congrats man! Looking awesome…
Titan,
What are you doing with your hands?
j/k
Nice work. I remember when you first posted way back when in the TILF thread I believe. You were freaky built then too with those helipad pecs but it looks like you’ve added even more muscle.

So let’s see your photo since this physique is so easily attainable.

Nominal Prospect, your a troll. Titan has an amazing physique. I seriously have not seen anyone, whether at the beach or not, sporting a physique like that. I went to South Beach last spring break and no one had anything close to that, but I still can’t talk for california as I havn’t been there. But I seriously doubt if they are magically more disciplined than everyone on the east coast.
Oh and I am quite aware about there being thousands upon thousands of more bodybuilders. But this was just simply a comparison as I seriously believe Serge Nubret had the nicest physique out of any bodybuilder. Please send me a link of someone who has a nicer one.
And I whole heartedly agree with lizard king about you showing us a pic of your physique so that you can backup what your saying.

Never said it was “easily attainable”. I said that thousands are and have been putting in the required effort to build comparable physiques. I see a lot of people on this website who think of pro bodybuilding in terms of Arnold vs. Ronnie, nothing in between. If you tried to make a similiar comparison about baseball or football, you would be laughed off the stage, but because bodybuilding is obscure and relatively unknown, such comments are allowed to fly here.
I’ve attached a photo of another amateur BBer to give people an idea of what is being done in regular gyms all across the country.

THANKS…like I was saying before the word that comes to mind is Grateful!
Speaking of GRATEFUL… you should consider starting a thread like this:
http://www.T-Nation.com/readTopic.do?id=582925&pageNo=0
I’m sure folks would love an insight into your training, mindset and diet.
AG1 has a great training thread also.
I will have to put that into consideration. I’m getting ready to start a new program based on some of the stuff i learned on my own as well as training philosphies I learned here. So If I decide to start the thread. It would follow what i’m currently doing with the program and answer any question and exchange Ideas on improvements.

Awesome. I have no clue how you could build those pecs that perfect shape. Wondering, how did you do?
A combination of barbell and dumbell presses. Incline presses being the focus and of course heavy sets… I’m hooked on 5x5

You must have been on the MH board back when I was there in '03…I saw the light and came to the NATION

What is hard for me is balancing my work schedule with my training/eating habits. The job pays my bills however, if I didn’t have to balance it with my training/eating habits. I believe I would weigh around 200-205 with the same body fat.
Great physique dude, very aesthetic
Good job MT, really impressive.
I know this might be a very general/stupid question but how do you keep your bf that low and keep putting on that much muscle?
Bump for MT.
Awesome physique and picture.
Congrats MT, that’s one hell of a physique you’ve put together.
Inspirational.
Great job MT. That’s the way a BBer should look in my opinion. However, there are some people on this board who would scoff at you since you haven’t hit the magical 200 pounds which is the minimum required to be called “big” in their eyes. They should look so good! LOL.
I was in the Marines with Mad Titan, and he has come a long way since then. he was pretty muscular back then, but now he’s at a new level.
But the thing alot of people here probably don’t realize, is that he doesn’t train for aesthetics. He trains for performance and ends up looking that way. He’s not in the gym trying to “shape” his muscles, he’s doing deadlifts, pullups, squats and presses, and sprinting on other days (yes sprinting not cardio) I’ve never seen him do a curl, kick back or skullcrusher. I haven’t seen this new high frequency twist he’s talking about, I am going to have to get him to spill the beans on that one.
But his biggest achievement is being able to make training such a focal part of his life. I wish I had that kind of motivation and determination, but that’s why he looks like that and I don’t.
Awesome work man. Your chest is enormous.
