How do you guys eat on rest day or bad training days.
EG if eating 4000 cals (300p/450c/100f) per day normally aiming for gains, what should this look like on rest days to allow optimal growth without putting on excess fat
thanks

What do you do on your training days compared to your rest days? What do you weigh? Age? Height? Body composition? Goals?
I’d keep the calories more or less the same but with less carbs and more fats

This^. Honestly I sometimes like my off days just because I get to have some higher fat goods, more so then training day macros allow.

yeah me too. I don’t stress too much about it though. I mean, the net calories for the week will be more or less the same so while there’s probably a benefit I doubt it’s something you need to obsess over
Thanks guys pretty hard to eat 4k in rest day but I will stuff my face!!! Cheers
Off days are almost the same as workout days minus the workout supplements. One meal is generally slightly higher in calories to make up for the larger decrease from the loss of the pre workout supps.
