How do you figure your macro's when you want to maintain a weight.

Any every article I encounter is about cutting or bulking.
It depends its more about smart food and total intake then about macros. Some people do well on high carb some high fat, truth is anyone could do either or any macro split and maintain once they figured out how much they can eat with said plan. the difference being you may feel and perform better on one of the ways then another
