Hey, what is the macronutrient breakdown in terms of (P/C/F) that todays pro’s are typically following and also what is the best macronutrient breakdown for a natural bodybuilder looking to get ripped whilst maintaining size. Thanks in advance
Depends on the individual. Some people react better to low carbs and some do well with carbs in their diet. Bodybuilders are typically the same. However, I do see alot of BB’ers with a carb cycling approach or just a moderate carb diet. Look into Layne Norton for natural BB advice. The guys real good at what he does.

That is too ambiguous, depending on the pro and their goals this changes throughout the year. It is highly individual and there is no one size fits all answer to this question.

True, but typically what is the most commonly used macronutrient breakdown by bodybuilders and what would you advise someone cutting to use. Thanks
