cant buy xforce without payng alot for the franchise fee and then the machines are very expensive. bear in mind these machines are not the one to end all type machines, lol. the reason i like them is you perform normal rep scheme of 3 sec position, pause 1 sec and then a 5 sec negative…there is a servo motor and a tilt stack that when you pause for 1 second the weight shifts to 40% heavier for negative portion of the exercise and then it shifts back to the normal weight on the positive, very efficient and productive. there are only 4 gyms in the USA that have them…many more in europe.

Sadly not as many as you may think. There were two (one of which I trained at) in the UK. That closed about seven years ago. Now there’s only one which I’ve been to a couple of times (it’s over a hundred and fifty miles each way to get there).
X-Force is phenomenal equipment though.
I’m clearly enjoying every second using it…

My closest location is 150km from Gothenburg in s town called Lidköping which is where they manufacture the xforce machines!
