i weight only about 110lbs and i heard of this supplement called M1T.its suppose to make you gain alot of weight quickly and had some questions about it.
I heard M1T is kinda like steriods.is this true?
what side affects does it have?
3.if u cycle on it just once and stop taking it will you lose all the weight or your weight will stay the same?

I’d guess from your writing style you are less than 15 years old. Your 110 lbs is meaningless unless you calculate where you stand in relation to where others of your age and height are. I suggest you read about “weight for stature” before you even think about intentionally gaining weight.
If you really want to bulk up and gain weight you should try a little trick Arnold used to bulk. Take 1 Tsp. salt on day 1, 2 on day 2 and so on for about 2 weeks. This will pack the mass on faster than you can say dianabol.
If this doesn’t work try drinking a gallon of heavy cream a day. Mixing it with a protien powder like Heavyweight gainer 10,000 will only accelerate your gains.

sodium causes water retention, Arnold probable told his competion about this trick, while he was saying dianabol(it was legal then)
At you age find somebody who can help you learn to lift right and set up a workout plan with you. Some times learning on your own will just get you hurt and put you off lifting. and eat alot good carbs and lots of protien and fiber.
Just eat 4k+ calories and lift, look for a decent routine on this site. A friend of mine was 120 @ 6’!!! a year ago (he was 16 at the time). After upping his calories to ~4-5k and following a sup par lifting routine (No deads, barely ever squatted). He is now up to 170 a year later.
If you follow a good routine from this site you could probably gain better then he did.
