Ok – How many capsules is a dose?
Does the bottle have a 2 week cycle in it or what? At 84 caps/ bottle that would be 6/day.
i was wondering this too. If you dont get at least two weeks out of the bottle i would rather choke down the old formula. call me old school.
Good question. The initial dosing for the original Mag-10 was one serving,hence each bottle was good for two weeks. We were later told that taking two servings daily was for maximum gains, therefore each bottle was now only good for one week.
So, for MAX gains, how many capsules are we to take?
Yeah, I would assume 6x a day, for 2 wks
yes, 6 per day, 13 days supply if you do a “front load”, taking 2 serves in the 1st day

I thought the bottle said 14 days just like the old version?

the old mag10 had 14 serves, right, which lasted 14 days right, or 13 with a front load.
How is this different to the the new formula?
