Is there any other time to use M other than coming off Mag-10?
I use M or vitex all the time to control excess estrogen. I’m 44 and a lot of middle aged males start to have more aromitize enyzme and with more T aromitizng to E, and M controls that. It’s a supp you can use continously if you have an estrogen issue.
This is something I would probably want to use for the rest of my life (with taking a few 1-2 week breaks of course). I have an estrogen issue I would like to control, plus, I like that feeling of having a little more T in me.
