What is everyone’s opinion on this stuff? A few years back Dan Duchaine stated that taking LPC with supplements such as glutamine will help the body absorb more of the nutrient to to an expansion of the intestinal walls. Then, shortly after Bill Phillips stated in his supplement review that this was an unhealthy practice as it could let in other things that were essentially not supposed to be in there (although he was never specific as to what these “things” were). So, what do you guys think? Thanks for the replies in advance.
