Masch, last night was a whole bunch more of the dealwithit.jpg shit, but I found myself realizing that I get a damn solid session in when I feel like people are looking at me. I don’t lift super poundages or anything magical like some guys here (DF, Major, Herc, etc) but I just think that seeing someone squat to or near proper depth is about as common as seeing a unicorn walk into the gym and ass rape a personal trainer would be. I had a 3 musketeers last night PWO, so it’s ok
She only got them because they were FREE and we’ll bring them to a movie or something probably. Free shit PWNS!
Ok, last nights work:
First off, I need to start off by saying that my traps and upper back hurt before doing anything yesterday, so I opted not to pull. Squats help the DL, but not necessarily the other way around, so I went for more RB squats. Well, this cage was shorter than the one I have used in the past, and the pin settings were way retarded. The first few sets were fine with me doing a bit of a calf raise to get the bar out, but the last couple sets I had to move it down, which left me doing a 1/4 squat just to unrack it. Also, the bands deloaded way lower in the squat than before, which is why the #'s used are much lighter. dealwithit.jpeg I guess. (I think that’s my next log title, right there!)

Done. Sweating my ass off again. I’ve been seriously putting in intensity here, and I like it! ME Upper and DE Lower sessions left to do at this gym. Gotta keep pushing forward @ 100%, hitting PR’s and not holding back, last 2 weeks I’ll refine form as much as I can, last week I’ll chillax, and then set meet PRs Aug 6th. Might say fuckit to dropping to 198 again, since I’m 208 right now. We’ll see how motivated I am to do some cardio, and see how it goes. I’m not going to kill myself over it, or even sweat it.
