Haha, thanks Charlie. It was one of my speed dead sets, so I was liking to move them quickly. I always feel my knees wanting to cone in and I have to consciously push them out, like you noticed

Worked some 4 board bench today, worked up to a hard 275 triple. Thinking of working down by a board a week until meet time, unless someone thinks that’s stupid.
