And yeah I’ll work on a few weeks of conditioning, in addition to my normal lifting routine. I’m going to prefer hiking most of the hunts, rather than riding in the truck all over, if I can.
Diluted, we’ll be doing 5 nights in Bushveld, 1 in Pretoria, and 3 in Kruger National Park I believe. In the Free State province and Limpopo province, are where our permits are for. Got any slang phrases I can use down there? I found a wikipedia link with a shitload of them, but not sure how accurate or well known they are.
Ohhhh dabbeling in the “African” traditional tourist areas hehe! I’ve only been to the Kruger national park once when I was a kid, elephants and lions were definately vibing the roadsides that particular day!
Jirre! Didn’t realise we basically just speak in slang this side of the world haha! Some if those phrases are kuck funny, some of them are coloured which even I can’t even imatate! But the bushveld is definately beautiful out there, starts exploding like nothing else!!!

Awesome man, that’s great to hear. We’re doing the whole trip through a safari company that’s providing pretty much everything for us. We’re staying in some nice ass places out in the “bush”, as my dad isn’t one to really “rough it” anymore. The professional hunter (PH-basically our guide) will be picking us up from the airport and taking us out to the camp, probably sight in and get to it the next morning. Looking forward to it is an understatement.
Off topic, but what time is it there? About 2345 on 5/5? Going to have to deal with a huge time difference in the matter of a 15 hour flight there. That’s going to suck. I am never comfortable falling asleep around others, seen (and done) too many fucked up things to sleeping Marines, that I TRUST NO ONE!

Well right not its 22:48pm, I don’t really know what the time differnce is from here to america, I went to the states when I was a kid (disney world lol) and I was only really jet lagged for a day and so on, if you arrive here in the afternoon or something then its cool cuz you can sleep and wake up in the ‘morning’ so it doesn’t feel too weird. But ja dude I hope you have a blast out here, def put pics up of your trophies and shit!
Pretty sure it’s 9 hours ahead there, and I think our flight arrives at 5pm local time, so I should be able to sort my shit out and hit the rack without trouble. Hopefully.

They’re doing fine. We have to put drops in her ears 2x a day and we call them “tickles”, and now she’ll run over and lay her head down even though once the drops go in she freaks out. Hey, telling her “good job!” and giving her a high five seems to be motivation enough I guess
