I’ll get into gear man, once my squat comes up to where I feel I should get into gear, I’ll be there. I don’t want to jump straight from the sunrise in my squat, as I see it’s starting to go up nicely, right into midnight darkness with gear, without taking my squat through a full “day” of gains.

How’s that for a philosophical thought?

and it has mini conditioning type workouts, probably daily, so I’ll attempt them as either a “warmup” or I’ll do them after my lifting sessions, and I’ll also try and knock them out on my off days. I think I can suffer for a little bit, I kinda like that shit.

Today’s session is 5 rounds of a 3 minute AMRAP of:
3 Power Cleans (95lb)
6 Push Ups (Palms come off the floor at the bottom)
9 BW squats

So I assume it’s try to get 5 rounds in 3 minutes? Or at least 5 rounds in 3 minutes? or 1 round in 3 minutes, 5x?

Edit: Upon further review, they appear to be like the crossfit WOD, but I’d use proper form on all exercises, INCLUDING PULLUPS! No convulsing over the bar. Pussies.
