Here is how I see it: we take over two squat racks. You and greg smash one, me and major on the other because we are total gearwhores. Each side, we max out SQUAT, followed by pin pulls as secondary movement, then obliterate leg press for reps, then some stupid ab machine…then absolutely obliterate the nearest buffet.

Sounds epic, add bands to the leg press, just because us powerlifters have to use as much extra equipment as possible, and after the feast we’d have to go sun our fat bellies (not greg, his ass would be 50 yds away from us…Mr ā€œHAWTABZ McABersonā€) on the beach, like a bunch of fucking happy whales.

Better idea…REVERSE BAND SQUAT, have to use even more plates than normal.

We would look like a bunch of beached whales out there.

We would of course have to bring along our respective t vixens to round out the party.
