Here is how I see it: we take over two squat racks. You and greg smash one, me and major on the other because we are total gearwhores. Each side, we max out SQUAT, followed by pin pulls as secondary movement, then obliterate leg press for reps, then some stupid ab machineā¦then absolutely obliterate the nearest buffet.

Sounds epic, add bands to the leg press, just because us powerlifters have to use as much extra equipment as possible, and after the feast weād have to go sun our fat bellies (not greg, his ass would be 50 yds away from usā¦Mr āHAWTABZ McABersonā) on the beach, like a bunch of fucking happy whales.
