Tommorrow, January 2nd I will be starting my CKD/Anabolic Diet.
I am currently around 290 pounds. My goal is 250 at ~12% bodyfat.
Basically…
275g of protein a day
275g of fat a day(equal parts monos/polys/saturates)
30g of fiber per day from veggies and benefiber
30g of dextrose on workout days.
I’ll carb up every 2 weeks at the most, but more than likely every 8-10 days.
Alcohol will not be consumed until February 17th and then not again until Spring Break.
5g of creatine will be taken daily. Fish & Flax Seed oils as well.
I have a good amount of vitamins and other supplements I may be taking, haven’t finalized them but I will probably start taking fat burners beginning of February. (HOT-ROX Extreme from T-Nation.com)

I am not a huge fan of Waterbury programs so I am trying this to validate my claim. After four weeks of this program I will determine my results and if they’re good - I have no problem doing another 4 week round, if they weren’t good then I will switch the program to something a bit higher frequency.
