Wanted to start posting to hopefully figure some stuff out.

weird fat(haha) - used to weigh 430lbs, so lets say body comp is totally fucked…
I have lifted on and off most of my life since 13 or 14. I mostly know what I am doing in the gym from the perspective of how to do the lifts etc, and apparently know just enough about nutrition and fitness to stay constantly confused - lol.
I have been following Greyskull LP for about 9 weeks. I enjoy the lifting and have made strength gains with a reset on bench and press. I am currently frustrated trying to figure out what else to add in for additional work and I also want to keep working on conditioning with interval style stuff and HIT.
Just saying I’m here and I do have plenty of questions but I will put together a better post for those.
edit: adding current working set weights
last working set is max reps after doing two sets of 5 of same weight(lbs)
Press - 6 x 102.5
Squat - 12 x 175
Bench - 13 x 165 (this is after a recent reset)
Deadlift - 12 x 210
